Leaders Who Lunch is a program F&M Bank started in partnership with Kenwood Leadership Academy. At a “Dress Like a Leader Day” at school, most students (male and female) showed up dressed as males in a suit and tie. This lead to the realization that there was a need for more visibility of female leaders in our community! At the lunch, female leaders will be paired with a student from Kenwood Leadership Academy to discuss their respective goals and ambitions, and encourage the student to continue to dig in to the leadership skills they are learning at school as they grow. We hope you can join us to make a difference in a young leader’s life!
