In this workshop attendees will hear from Women Lead Change CEO, and Mayor of Cedar Rapids on Leadership Presence. Leadership Presence is often overlooked yet is often the difference-maker in who moves up and who stays stuck. Add to it the changing landscape of work, specifically keeping that presence in a virtual, 2-D environment, leaders must adapt. An Emmy-Award winning television journalist, CEO and Mayor of Iowa’s 2nd largest city, Cedar Rapids, Tiffany O’Donnell shares her unique insight into the physical aspects of presence and the internal work that must be done to win the day!  

Next, Tiffany will be joined by three local business leaders for a candid conversation on varying topics from how to create and lead successful teams, lessons learned along the way, how to effectively manage people and more!

Jason Smith brings more than 25 years of industry expertise to TrueNorth Companies. Cari McCoy is an influential leader, most recently serving as the CEO of Clickstop, an ESOP and award-winning e-commerce company based in Urbana, IA. McCoy has established a reputation for fostering a culture of engagement and ownership in her teams, empowering employees to utilize their strengths to drive positive change. McCoy's leadership style is characterized by her passion for embracing possibility, building something new, and for doing what others believe cannot be done.
