Nicole Johnston has lead sales and marketing at many top companies, with her most recent role as the Chief Sales Officer of Newell Brands in Atlanta, Georgia, leading their $1.3B Food business globally.  She brings two decades of sales and management experience to Newell Brands after a 25-year career with Procter & Gamble, The Hershey Company, Kimberly-Clark and Boehringer Ingelheim.  During those years, Nicole held both US and global positions of increasing responsibility, including living in Geneva, Switzerland for over 4 years.

Nicole’s experience and leadership were instrumental in her previous companies attaining several significant milestones, including launching new categories (Febreze Air Care), entering new markets (Africa for Feminine Care P&G), developing key partner relationships (Global Costco for Hershey) leading sales transformation through a new go-to-market model for Latin America (Kimberly-Clark) and defining a total digital strategy for brands (Boehringer Ingelheim).  Her focus on delivering transformational business results while empowering people to win has driven consistent breakthrough.

Nicole attended the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business where she received a B.B.A. business degree with an emphasis in Marketing, a certificate in International Business, a French Minor and a focus on Spanish.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business. She is originally from Iowa and currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Angel.
